Cette initiative vise \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de la jeunesse locale tout en cr\u00e9ant des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi au sein de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formation permettra aux participants de contribuer \u00e0 la construction de <strong>337 latrines familiales et de r\u00e9chauds \u00e9cologiques<\/strong> dans les <strong>12 secteurs du Fokontany Ambavarano<\/strong>, situ\u00e9 dans la <strong>Commune rurale d\u2019Amboditandroroho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9alisation de ces infrastructures, le projet place le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences locales<\/strong> au c\u0153ur de son intervention. Les jeunes ma\u00e7ons b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un apprentissage pratique qui leur permettra de participer directement aux travaux et de d\u00e9velopper leur exp\u00e9rience professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9marche r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement \u00e0 un objectif plus large : <strong>favoriser l\u2019emploi local, renforcer le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s et encourager l\u2019implication des jeunes dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie de leur propre communaut\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construction de latrines familiales contribue \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019assainissement, tandis que les <strong>r\u00e9chauds \u00e9cologiques<\/strong> participent \u00e0 la promotion de solutions plus durables au niveau des m\u00e9nages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c0 Ambavarano, construire un village mod\u00e8le en sant\u00e9, c\u2019est aussi construire des comp\u00e9tences, cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s et donner aux jeunes les moyens de devenir acteurs du
