Cette fin de semaine de mois d’avril , immersion auprès de 4 groupes de Self Help Group Urbain accompagnés par l’ONG Saint Gabriel et Caring Response Madagascar Foundation avec La Fabrique.
Des moments simples, vrais… mais surtout puissants. Parce que derrière chaque groupe, il y a une vision, une solidarité, et une envie d’avancer ensemble.
De l’engagement, de l’organisation… et surtout du potentiel.
𝐒𝐇𝐆 𝐓𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐚
Un élevage de porcs lancé le 14 avril (55 kg) avec un objectif clair : atteindre 150 kg d’ici le 25 juin.
Une organisation en béton : chacun son tour pour nourrir, nettoyer, cuisiner. Une vraie machine collective.
𝐒𝐇𝐆 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚
50 poulets de chair, déjà en cours d’élevage.
Un cycle bien maîtrisé, une stratégie claire, et une discipline essentielle (repos inclus !) pour garantir la croissance.
𝐒𝐇𝐆 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐚
Ici, on construit les bases littéralement.
Un poulailler en cours, avec l’implication des familles. Prochaine étape : 70 poulets et une vision d’expansion pour tous les membres.
𝐒𝐇𝐆 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨
50 canards, un cycle de 4 mois, et une autonomie impressionnante.
Formation en poche, alimentation préparée par elles-mêmes : elles gèrent tout, de A à Z.
Cette visite a également été un moment clé de partage de matériels essentiels pour chaque groupe cahiers, livrets, stylos, règles, coffres , machines à calculer, ….
Des outils simples, mais indispensables pour une meilleure organisation, gestion et suivi des activités.

At the end of April, we immersed ourselves with 4 urban Self-Help Groups supported by the NGO Saint Gabriel and Caring Response Madagascar Foundation alongside La Fabrique.
Simple, genuine… yet powerful moments. Because behind each group, there is a vision, solidarity, and a shared desire to move forward together.
Commitment, organization… and above all, potential.

50 ducks, a 4-month cycle, and impressive autonomy.
With training completed and feed prepared by themselves, they manage everything from A to Z.
This visit was also a key moment to distribute essential materials to each group: notebooks, booklets, pens, rulers, cash boxes, calculators, and more.
Simple tools, yet essential for better organization, management, and activity tracking.
