Self Help Group ( Groupe d’entraide et d’épargne collective) Vonona : un pas concret vers l’autonomisation
Composé de 13 femmes en milieu urbain le groupe Vonona lance une activité génératrice de revenus avec l’appui de CRMF et l’ONG Saint Gabriel: l’élevage grâce à une couveuse artificielle automatique pouvant incuber jusqu’à 200 œufs poules, canards, oies).
🐣 Grâce au contrôle automatique de la température et de l’humidité, cette technologie augmente le taux d’éclosion et la productivité.

Après 28 à 30 jours, les poussins seront gardés 1 semaine (alimentation + vitamines) avant leur vente. Un système de rotation sera mis en place entre les membres pour assurer le suivi.
🤝 Actuellement financé par CRMF et l’ONG Saint Gabriel , ce projet démarre sous la coordination de la présidente, avant une gestion collective.

🌱 SHG Vonona: a concrete step toward women’s empowerment
Made up of 13 women in an urban area, the SHG Vonona group is launching an income-generating activity with CRMF and NGO Saint Gabriel support: poultry farming using an automatic incubator capable of holding up to 200 eggs (chickens, ducks, or geese).
🐣 With automatic control of temperature and humidity, this technology significantly improves hatch rates and productivity.

Storage space setup scheduled for next week
After 28–30 days, the chicks will be kept for one week (feeding and vitamins) before being sold. A rotation system will be organized among members to manage daily care.
🤝 For now, the project is fully supported by the CRMF and NGO, with the president leading the initial phase before transitioning to shared management.
